English + Virtual Internships

My time as an intern during the Virtual Internships program was unquestionably worthwhile. I was not only able to work for an amazing startup in San Francisco, but I also developed a lot of independence and confidence in my sector. I would highly recommend that students give remote internships a try and make the most out of an amazing and career-defining opportunity.

Throughout my Virtual Interships Program experience, I got exposed to an interesting environment where I developed my cross-cultural communication skills and let a dreal-world project in collaboration with a team of interns and experts.

It was really a unique experience, and I was able to gain probably most to all of the skills and knowledge that I would have if I were actually in a workplace environment. It was a really good way for me to spend my time productively.

My experience right from the beginning was really exciting to actually understand and know that I had a placement secured. And it was really nice as well that you felt entirely supported along the way by Virtual Internships.

It was my first international experience working in a company in Canada remotely. I work as a team, a diversity team, there are people from America doing the internship as well. That’s helped me so far and made me improve my employability skills.
