Prices and payment
How can I pay for my program?
You can pay online, at all of our booking offices, or over the phone with your education advisor.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, as long as you pay in full 30 days before your start date. We will only issue the booking confirmation documents once we have received full payment.
Note: Some countries require confirmation documents before issuing a visa. Consider this when planning your payment schedule.
Can I make a credit card payment online?
When you speak to one of our student advisors they'll be able to provide you with the direct link to our online payment page where you will be able to make a secure credit card payment.
Can I book the course directly through the school?
Yes, you can book at the school. The sales advisor will be happy to walk you through the booking process and take you to a tour of the school.
Do you offer discounted prices or promotions?
Yes. The more weeks you study with us, the bigger your discount will be. The tuition discount is already included in the price list.
Accommodation
Can I change my accommodation after I arrive?
Our first priority is your welfare, and we make every effort to ensure your accommodation matches your needs. However, if you feel your accommodation is not right for you, contact the accommodation coordinator at your school to discuss your options.
Will I get my own room?
You can choose to book either a single room or a twin room with our host families or apartments. If you book a twin room in a host family you will be placed with another student of the same sex and of similar age, each with a single bed.
Will my accommodation be near my school?
This depends on the location, your accommodation preferences and budget. We offer a range of choices that can help you balance the cost with ease of travel to the school and city center.
In some cities we have a small number of close accommodation options available at a higher cost. If it’s important for you to be very close to school, some schools will be better than others. In this case, you will need to book as far in advance as possible, particularly if you want to study in June or July. For more information about your accommodation options, speak to your education advisor.
Is accommodation included in the price?
Unless otherwise stated, prices are for tuition fees only. You can find accommodation prices under once you are through to the get a quote page.
